We greatly enjoyed its free of charge and great breakfasts!

That was excellent value and beautifully designed hotel set in beautiful area, not far from a Promenade with shops, Manhattan and Time's Square and the ferry and shuttle. The location was marvellous - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

Hotel and staff very familial. Good breakfast especially the belgian waffels ! The room -suite was very comfortable : the furnitures are good quality and the kitchenette is very well equipied.

Stayed here for 8 nights, the hotel was relaxing and clean, had outstanding views, magnificent location within the shopping centers the place was clean. The studio suite was well maintained and modern. The bathroom was great-sized, the king size bed too.

Loved the generous complimentary breakfast. It was our morning ritual. And the shuttle service to the ferry was fantastic, made our day trip to nyc very hassle-free. The ferry is a wonderful experience as well. The proximity to all the shopping was very convenient, as was the cute promenade walk along the water.

Hotel design is the opposite of modern. Not exactly for the design savvy. Typical American family hotel style. Fixtures could use a little updating.

Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff. Many of them speak Spanish. Free transfer service from the hotel to the ferry terminal. By buying a ferry ticket you have a connection to the ferry buses, which take you to practically all areas of the city. Very good transport option combined with loose metro tickets. Good ferry frequency and in ten minutes you are on 36th Street, a great starting point to visit the city. In short, very good value for money even when you consider buying ferry tickets. The transfer takes you to a maximum of 5km from the hotel (ferry, bank, restaurants in New Yersey etc). In the room you have a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and a table if you want to have lunch or dinner. Pizza can be ordered in the surrounding area (ask at reception). There are also restaurants in the area very close to the hotel. Very spacious room and very comfortable bed and sofa bed. It has a room with computers connected to the Internet and with the possibility of printing.

It is difficult to find with car. I have to call hotel desk for direction for last 100 yards and it seems I was not the only one.

Fairly clean property with very, very nice and pleasant staff at the reception desk. Magnificent, wonderful location in the great area. Great choice for trip.

The breakfast selections exceeded my expectations. While the street noise was noticeable, the overall experience was enjoyable and convenient were good.

Excellent services, good Wi-Fi. Everything great.

No bell service

The free shuttle service to and from the ferry to Manhattan is great & makes it such a convenient location for New York. Ask for a room with a view of Manhattan. The hotel is also part of a nice little shopping centre. Best of all though were the beds! So comfortable, have never slept so well in a hotel.

This probably sounds like a very small gripe but there needs to be more hanging rails for damp towels - especially as the hotel is trying to encourage us to be ecologically friendly!

The staff, excellent breakfast,free local shuttle service for restaurants, ferry port etc. Tea included Mon to Thursday, didn't try but would have been good.

My kids wished for more options in the breakfast area, as it felt a bit cramped when we were all trying to get food at the same time.

Family with children should definitely consider it

The location is just great, it's right near the ferry to the big city and the views are fantastic. I mean, you look out the window and there it is, the skyline staring back at you like it knows who you are!

Wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know what? Worth it.

Had an amazing group trip with friends! We explored NYC and visited the Statue of Liberty and Times Square. The location is ideal with easy bus access. Just a quick ride in. Super friendly staff and tasty breakfast options. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a value stay near the city!

Only downside was the cleanliness of the room. The kitchen floor had some stains which was a bit concerning. Could use better attention to detail here.
